Last updated: 9 August 2026. These terms apply to use of RealFiveMScripts.com and purchases made through it.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password private, and notify micky_realfivemscripts@outlook.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Digital products
Our products are downloadable FiveM resources. Compatibility, dependencies, included features, version information, and any special licence conditions are shown on the relevant product page. You should confirm that your server meets those requirements before purchasing.
3. Licence and ownership
A purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product on the number of servers stated at purchase. It does not transfer copyright or ownership. You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, leak, share, publish, remove ownership notices from, or claim authorship of our code or assets. See the Script Licence.
4. Activation keys
Where a product requires activation, its key is personal to the purchaser and may be bound to one server. Attempts to share, sell, duplicate, bypass, tamper with, or defeat licensing or security controls may result in suspension or revocation, subject to applicable law. Contact support before a legitimate server move.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, probe or attack its systems, automate abusive requests, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, interfere with another customer, use stolen payment details, or use our products unlawfully. FiveM and any third-party frameworks remain subject to their own rules and licences.
6. Updates and support
Support covers the purchased product and its documented installation requirements. It does not guarantee configuration of unrelated third-party resources or custom server development. We may update products, security controls, dependencies, and supported versions when reasonably necessary.
7. Payment, delivery and refunds
Prices and taxes are displayed before payment. Access is granted only after confirmed payment. Digital-download refund rights can depend on location and whether download or activation has begun; read our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Availability and liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the website, downloads, and licensing service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, or incompatibility caused by undisclosed server modifications or third-party changes.
9. Enforcement and changes
We may restrict an account or licence when we reasonably believe these terms, security rules, or payment requirements have been breached. We may update these terms prospectively; the current date will appear above. Material changes will not remove mandatory consumer rights.
