Information we process

We process account details such as name, email address, password hash and security-session data; order, entitlement, download and support records; and licence-validation data such as product, server fingerprint, server name, IP address, result, and timestamp.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and protect accounts, fulfil orders, provide downloads and support, validate licences, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain audit records, comply with law, and improve reliability.

Payments

Payment-card information is handled by the configured payment provider. We receive payment status and transaction references but do not intentionally store full card numbers.

Security and retention

We use access controls, hashed passwords, secure cookies, rate limiting, audit logging, encryption in transit, and restricted database access. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for purchases, support, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal duties.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the store—such as payment, hosting, email, security, and infrastructure providers—or when required by law. We do not sell customer personal information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information and to object or complain. Some order, security, or accounting records may need to be retained despite a deletion request.

Essential cookies are used to maintain secure admin and customer login sessions. Optional analytics or marketing cookies should not be enabled without the required notice and consent controls.
