Refund Policy

Our products are digital downloads. This policy does not limit rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.

Before downloading or activating

If you purchased by mistake and have not downloaded, accessed, or activated the product, contact us promptly with the order number.

After digital delivery begins

Where permitted by applicable law and where the customer gave the required acknowledgement, cancellation rights may be affected once immediate digital delivery, download, or activation begins.

Faulty or misdescribed products

If a product is materially faulty, not as described, or cannot perform its advertised purpose in a supported environment, contact us with the order number, product version, framework version, logs, and steps already tried. We will reasonably investigate and may provide a fix, replacement, or refund as required by law.

Usually not refundable

Refunds are normally unavailable for change of mind after download or activation, unmet requirements disclosed before purchase, unsupported third-party modifications, customer installation errors, account or licence enforcement following misuse, or failure to contact support with enough information to investigate—except where law requires otherwise.
